Húsavík Eurovision Exhibition
The Húsavík Eurovision Exhibition celebrates the world’s biggest song contest and the town’s starring role in the Netflix film Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga. Visitors can explore costumes, memorabilia, and the story behind the Oscar-nominated song Húsavík (My Hometown). Húsavík Whale Museum
Located by the harbor, the Húsavík Whale Museum is one of Iceland’s leading marine research and education centers. Its nine exhibition halls feature skeletons of 11 whale species, including a 22-meter-long blue whale, as well as displays on ecology, conservation, and the history of whaling. The museum collaborates with scientists to support whale research in Skjálfandi Bay. It is a place where visitors gain insight into these magnificent animals often seen just offshore.
The Exploration Museum
