Húsavík Whale Watching company North Sailing has decided to cancel all their day tours until April 14, in response to the covid-19 outbreak in the world. The closure is designed to help protect both their visitors and staff, minimizing potential exposure to the virus.
All customers that have already booked a tour with them during this period will be contacted and all bookings either rescheduled or fully refunded, all according to the wishes of their guests.
“We will make sure to keep you updated and hopefully we can start sailing again sooner than later. We appreciate your understanding and we encourage you to get in touch if you have any questions,” North Sailing says in a statement on their website.
