President Guðni Th. Jóhannesson was today inaugurated for his second term as president of Iceland. The presidential elections were held on 27 June 2020 and president Jóhannesson was re-elected with 92% of the vote.
The inauguration ceremony was held under different circumstances than usual, due to growing number of covid-19 cases in the last week.
